Big Bud (as the name suggests) is a high-yielding cannabis strain (Indica-dominant) with approximately 15 to 20% THC content. This cannabis strain is said to be originating as a probable mix between Haze, Northern Lights and Afghani strains in the United States during 1980s (grown by Sensi seed distributors).
During Richard Nixon’s Drug War, the strain was transported to the Netherlands where it was genetically stabilized and further nurtured. In the second High Times Cannabis Cup (1989), the Big Bud was placed 1st in the “Mostly Indica” category.
Widely popular for its psychedelic properties, it provides a body melt which makes it perfect for admiring your favorite music or watching movies. The herb strain has a mix of spicy earth & sweet aroma profile and a grape aftertaste. The deep euphoric and mood uplifting effect helps to induce deep sleep and can also be helpful in offering relief from chronic pain, stress, and nausea. Thus, this cannabis stream may prove to be extremely soothing and effective when it comes down to unwinding after a hectic day.
What are cannabis strains? They are either pure or hybrid varieties of the plant genus cannabis, which includes the species C. sativa, C. indica, and C. ruderalis. To learn more, check out MarijuanaDoctors.com‘s directory of marijuana strains.
