Arkansas Medical Marijuana Card

To obtain your Arkansas marijuana card, you need to have an Arkansas medical marijuana doctor confirm that you suffer from one or more of the qualifying conditions and recommend medical marijuana to you.

You can meet a physician and get approved for treatment right at home using telemedicine.

You must visit a state-licensed physician (not a nurse practitioner or physician’s assistant) to obtain a physician certification. You will then apply for an identification card from the Arkansas Department of Health.

An Arkansas medical marijuana card is a personal identification card verifying that the patient is a legal state-registered medical marijuana patient, and for purposes of the Department and law enforcement, and identify those individuals exempt from criminal and civil penalties for conduct pursuant to the medical use of marijuana.

The state of Arkansas is accepting registrations for medical marijuana identification cards through the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH).
