Dark Knight, a marijuana strain that is used to alleviate symptoms of illnesses. It’s high in a chemical called CBD, or Cannabidol. CBD constitutes a large part of Dark Knight, producing reduced levels of potency compared to other marijuana-based drug strains.
Dark Knight, inspired by Nolan’s Batman films, is a hybrid plant grown from the cross between Granddaddy Purps and Purple Kush strains. It is an indica-dominant strain, with a 70/30 ratio of indica/sativa.
It contains a varying amount of THC but contains 8% CBD. It has a fruity aroma and taste. This is not a popular choice for use but is found in some dispensaries on the West Coast of the United States. Reportedly, this produces a strong energetic response with a euphoric mood, but not to the extent of a full-scale adrenaline boost. It has a fruity aroma, with sweet Kush taste, reminiscent of its Purple Kush ancestry.
Dark Knight is ideal for treating the symptoms of depression, chronic pain, anxiety, and insomnia. There is some evidence to show that it’s also good for conditions like childhood epilepsy. Since it contains only small amounts of THC, it doesn’t create such a potent high.
