Furthermore, Dr. Ellis will discuss the benefits and any risks related to using cannabis as an alternative to traditional modes of therapy. Our staff will work with you to identify medical marijuana treatment options and dosage forms to suit your individual needs.Also, we offer assistance with completing the Medical Marijuana Use Registry Identification Card Application that must be submitted to the Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use, formerly called the FL Office of Compassionate Use. We will provide you with a copy of the application and any personalized assistance you need.

Dr. Natalie Ellis is a holistic family physician with over 17 years experience in allopathic and integrative medicine, and currently has a concierge holistic medical practice in St. Petersburg. She is a graduate of Meharry Medical College and a former General Medical Officer in the US Navy. In addition, she is a fellow in Metabolic and Nutritional Medicine with the American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine. Her extensive background in evidence based research at Columbia University, University of Miami, and the National Institutes of Health have fostered her enthusiasm to educate patients in “curing disease, not just treating symptoms.” Dr. Ellis believes that “in certain patients with chronic refractory disease, [medical cannabis] is a necessary adjunct to a multidisciplinary holistic medical treatment program.”
