Any patient suffering from a debilitating condition can speak with a physician who is licensed to practice medicine and surgery in Kansas.
If the physician believes that a patient will benefit from CBD Products with no more then 5% THC, the physician can issue a letter which will act as an affirmative defense for the patient.
The letter must be carried at all times if the patient has any Low THC CBD Products in their possession.
