Emapthetix is a focused team of Qualified Medical Providers located in Salt Lake City, UT and they serve the surrounding areas of Bountiful, West Valley City, Taylorsville, West Jordan, Sandy, RIverton, Farmington, Lark, and more. After an evaluation one of the providers, qualified patients may be able to obtain a medical marijuana card, in accordance with Utah medical marijuana law and begin a new treatment plan centered around health, wellness, and quality of life.
