What Happens if My Child Needs Medical Marijuana Treatments?
In both the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, adult parents or legal guardians can designate themselves as a caregiver for the minor. A medical evaluation is required to confirm that the health diagnosis for your child meets the qualification requirements.
The adult or legal guardian can make an application for the minor (child). The caregiver name will be listed on the medical marijuana card, and that individual will need to present photo identification, and the card for the certified minor to a dispensary, to purchase therapeutic cannabis products.
