What Happens if I Do Not Get my Medical Marijuana Card?
If you do not meet the eligibility requirements and you are declined during the application process, the Amazing Grace Medical Center will refund our evaluation fee. If you don’t get your card, you don’t pay. If you are a patient or a caregiver who has been denied a PA medical card, we may be able to help you appeal the decision with the Department of Health.
