Onondaga Co. Alternative Care is a compassionate organization that now accepting appointments for residents who are seeking an alternative form of therapy to treat their condition. With their holistic approach, the doctor will work with the patient to develop a targeted treatment plan tailored to lifestyle of the patient and their qualifying condition. The doctor will discuss the benefits and any adverse side effects with medical marijuana treatment. The attending clinician will use their medical expertise and judgement to determine whether or not the patient will benefit from obtaining a medical marijuana card. All patients who are approved for treatment by Onondaga Co. Alternative Care will be registered with the New York Medical Marijuana Program. Dr. Michael Kullman, MD is an Anesthesiology Specialist in Mount Kisco, NY, and Veteran who served as Battalion Surgeon for 2/25 Marines. He has over 30 years of experience in the medical field and graduated from New York Medical College medical school in 1990. He is a licensed Marijuana doctor serving patients in NY, PA, and CT.

Pre-Visit Requirements
  1. Patients must be of legal age as dictated by the state of New York.
  2. Patient must be a legal NY resident with valid proof of residency (i.e. state-issued identification card or driver's license)
  3. Documents confirming your diagnosis with a condition that qualifies under NY state law must be provided prior to your appointment
  4. Patients should read up on the process for obtaining a medical marijuana card in New York so that they can ask any questions they may have during their appointment.
