Turning Point Integrative Health will be seeing patients remotely via Telehealth for New and Renewal appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Turning Point Integrative Health is a compassionate medical facility that now offers comprehensive evaluations for medical marijuana treatment. As a part of their comprehensive treatment model they now offer medical marijuana evaluations to patients diagnosed with one or more state-approved medical condition(s). During the consultation, the doctor will spend time with the patient discussing their presenting symptoms, their underlying condition, and the treatment methods they have tried in the past. The attending clinician will use their medical expertise and judgement to determine whether or not the patient will benefit from obtaining a medical marijuana card. Once a patient has completed their consultation and has been approved, the physician will provide a written recommendation that is recognized by the Maryland Medical Marijuana Program, allowing the therapeutic use of cannabis. The helpful staff will assist certified individuals with application submissions, making the entire process a stress-free experience from start to finish.
