Due to the Covid-19 Virus, Zaklin Integrative ECS Wellness will give patients the option of being seen remotely via telemedicine in order limit the exposure of our patients and staff.
This private integrative medical office focuses on the intersection between internal medicine, the endocannabinoid system and mind-body medicine. Prospective patients will be seen by Dr. Ryan Zaklin, a double Board Certified Medical Doctor in both Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine. The practice aims to help patients return to a natural state of balance through the use of: cannabis therapeutics, functional medicine, herbal medicine, energy medicine, nutrition and yoga. Dr. Zaklin views optimization of a patients ECS (endocannabinoid system) as essential to achieving this balance and managing many types of complicated medical conditions. He has studied the ECS and medical cannabis extensively, and has been helping MA patients gain access to, and use cannabis properly to treat their medical condition(s) for several years.
New patients will receive a: comprehensive Integrative medical assessment, review of their medical history, and discussion of their health and lifestyle goals. Dr. Z will then develop a custom treatment plan tailored to the patient's individual needs. In order to ensure his patients are able to maximize the benefits and minimize negative side effects of using cannabis, a follow up visit will be scheduled. These visits will take place anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months from the initial appointment, depending on the patients needs. Initial visits and subsequent follow up visits can be partially covered by insurance to help keep them affordable for people who need this medical treatment.
