Residents of Florida with a qualifying health condition can apply for a medical card. Each patient is required to visit in-person with a board-certified physician who is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. The physician will provide a mandatory medical health evaluation.

Edibles as a route of administration are now available via the Florida Department of Health’s Medical Marijuana Use Registry to medical marijuana patients.
