Pasco Co. Compassionate Care is a fully-fledged medical facility that aims to help people live longer, healthier, and more natural lives. As a part of their comprehensive treatment model they now offer medical marijuana evaluations to patients diagnosed with one or more state-approved medical condition(s). The doctor will discuss the benefits and any adverse side effects with medical marijuana treatment. After performing a thorough review of the medical history of the patient, the doctor will determine whether or not the underlying condition will benefit from medical marijuana treatment. All patients who are approved for treatment by Pasco Co. Compassionate Care will be entered in the registry maintained by the Florida Medical Marijuana Program. Evaluations are conducted on a by-appointment basis, so book an appointment today!

The $50 booking fee is for the first evaluation. Patients who qualify for the program will have their booking fee applied toward the annual fee of $450. The annual fee covers all office visits for one year.

This office offers a $50 discount for ALL VETERANS and all patients that make one annual payment. They also provide payment plans for convenience; please call for details.

Staff is always courteous and Dr. Candelora is helpful and willing to take as much time as needed to listen. On my final visit, after receiving my state ID, I waited for 90 minutes in the examining room. It was uncomfortable and frustrating. I'm sure Dr. Candelora got backed up with other patients, but I didn't even get an apology. I'm a bit disappointed. Other appointments have gone much better, so I'm willing to give Dr. Candelora the benefit of the doubt.

Do you due diligence while finding a doctor and recommendations. You are paying Candelora for 12 months whereas it costs the same amount or less with other practices that you will get 14 months (7 month checkup). His office doesn't factor in wait time until you are approved, so if it takes one or two months, then you will actually get only 10 or 11 months worth of recommendations from him. I saw a different doctor and was amazed at the knowledge and advice on using the products to get relief. Avoid this one!
