Obtaining your medical marijuana certification has never been easier! Simply schedule an appointment using our easy online booking system. After scheduling your appointment at Marijuana Care Clinic, patients are able to complete all registration forms and get pre-educated online through our HIPPA compliant, secure patient portal using your computer, tablet, or smartphone. This will allow your visit with one of our state licensed Marijuana Care Clinic physicians to be stress free, allowing you to focus on how Orlando medical marijuana may help in the medical marijuana treatment of your condition.

At your visit, one of our state licensed medical marijuana physicians will evaluate your medical history and perform a full physical exam. The physician will provide you with a 210 day (7 month) recommendation aka "prescription" including all routes of administration (Smokable, Inhalation, Edibles, Oral, and Topicals). The  physician will recommend certain products personalized to you and your condition. You will receive an envelope from the staff that has all the tools needed to get started including a list of all the dispensaries along with their deals and specials, brochures and product lists from different dispensaries, and educational information.

information-icon Cannabis Doctor Info

After attending medical school at Hahnemann University (now called Drexel University) in Philadelphia, PA, Dr.Vincent Welter completed his residency training at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr.Welter practiced for many years in WA state. He relocated to Florida in 2019 to be closer to his grown children who were already living here. Upon arriving in Florida and observing the many difficulties patients were having in the state to access cannabis for medical purposes, he completed his Florida cannabis certification course and began seeing patients here at Marijuana Care Clinic. He is a firm believer in the medical benefits of cannabis, and seeks to provide quality educational encounters with his patients.
