In order to protect the health of their patients, staff and families, Tree of Life Primary Care and Recovery will be seeing patients remotely via Telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have any questions about scheduling an appointment for a certification or renewal please call.
Tree of Life Primary Care and Recovery is a fully-fledged medical facility that aims to help people live longer, healthier, and more natural lives. As a part of their comprehensive treatment model they now offer medical marijuana evaluations to patients diagnosed with one or more state-approved medical condition(s). During the evaluation with the doctor, patients will receive education on the various different forms of ingestion for medical marijuana, the differences between THC and CBD based products, and will have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have. After performing a thorough review of the medical history of the patient, the doctor will determine whether or not the underlying condition will benefit from medical marijuana treatment. Once a patient has completed their consultation and has been approved, the physician will provide a written recommendation that is recognized by the Connecticut Medical Marijuana Program, allowing the therapeutic use of cannabis. As a compassionate and patient-focused practice, Tree of Life Primary Care and Recovery is proud to provide Veteran Discounts and financial assistance to those who qualify.
