I found Dr. Brown to actually be very well educated. He explained the process and yes he may "batch' his entries to the state once a week but give the guy a break. There is no way that his "approach" or timeliness impacts the State of CT process... He outlined and explained right up front that it could take as long as 30 days to obtain the state card/approval... this is not on HIM... but the state of CT! they took my money right away but its been three weeks and still nothing! I thought Dr Brown provided a great history of how medical marijuana was used years ago. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr Steven Brown is very very slow with this medical marijuana certification process. After the appointment, he is suppose to certify that I am in the system, this should take 2 days , however Dr. Brown waits for over a week to put you in. For no apparent reason. I have been a medical marijuana patient for 4 years and I understand the system. I understand you have to wait around 3 weeks to complete the process. But If you go to Brown it will take much longer because he does not submit the paper work in a timely manner. I would advise going to a different medical doctor in the area
