Ronald B. Frenkel M.D. has been in private practice for over 29 years and in that time has pioneered several surgical techniques to reduce patient discomfort and recovery time. He is Certified with The American Board of Ophthalmology and is currently affiliated with the Skyline Surgical Center. Over his career he has prided himself in taking a patient focused approach to medicine and sees medical marijuana as a natural extension of that philosophy.
