MMJ Exams of Colorado is a compassionate medical facility that offers comprehensive cannabis evaluations to qualified patients. Both standard and increased plant count cards are available for patients interested in home cultivation. In addition, they offer assistance in completing the Colorado on-line application form. Patients will be seen by Ronald Frenkel, MD who has been in private practice for over 29 years and focuses on providing patients information and guidance on the use of Medical Marijuana. All patients approved for medical marijuana treatment by the physicians at this location will be registered with Colorado's Medical Marijuana Program.

In addition to the Boulder office, MMJ Exams of Colorado has 4 additional locations in Fort Collins, Longmont, Greeley/Evans, and Thornton.

The $100 evaluation fee includes a $25 discount from our normal pricing.

Pre-Visit Requirements
1.   Patients must be 18 years of age, or older, and must have proof of Colorado residency.
2.   Medical Records are required only for
          a.  Patients under 23.
          b.  Patients looking for increased plant counts

(Medical records MUST include a doctor’s note stating the medical diagnosis.  CDs, xrays, lab reports and bills will not satisfy medical records requirements.)

The office is in Boulder Co., near Lafayette, Westminster, Longmont, Thornton, Denver, Lakewood, Loveland and Brighton.  Ronald Frenkel, MD is certified with the American Board of Ophthalmology and is able to certify patients suffering from a qualifying condition for the CO Medical Marijuana Registry. The helpful staff at MMJ Exams of Colorado will also assist approved patients with the process of obtaining their registry ID cards or “red cards”, which allows the individual to legally purchase or cultivate marijuana.
