Dldod Kskks DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS 3 RING CIRCUS!!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH GOD THIS 3 RING CIRCUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!After calling the San Gabriel, CA location to confirm my appointment I was told that they had no record of my appointment. I was then instructed to give my insurance information and social security number. Still no information about my appointment was available. My overall experience on the phone was horrid. I'm an Human Resources Manager. Dealing with rude and subpar customer service is a MAJOR turn off for me. After informing the same lady in 2 seperate conversations that I needed to cancel the appointment she finally agreed to do so, but not without first instructing me to do so myself, and then when trying to see what availability was left for appointments after being placed on hold multiple times, and hearing laughing and snickering going on in the background she finally canceled the appointment that she said wasn't even booked on her end. The young lady shouldn't be answering phones. She's rude, her attitude is short. I could understand completely if I started off or at any point of the conversation were rude with her, but I wasn't. I don't think she should be disciplined, but she needs adequate training on customer service and how to deal with the public. I'll be looking into other offices of where I could hopefully receive better treatment.
