At MMJCCC, patients will find a safe, discreet and efficient environment that simplifies the certification process without any anxiety. Patients will be seen by a state-approved physician who has completed the necessary steps to certify eligible Arizona residents for medical marijuana use. Based on a thorough assessment, the doctor will determine whether the patient will fully benefit from the use of cannabis based on past medical history and symptoms presented. MMJCCC has an easy, integrated process that allows patients to expedite their appointment in thirty minutes. After a patient concludes their visit and is certified by the doctor, he or she can submit an application to the Arizona Department of Health Services. A valid medical marijuana identification card will be sent to approved patients. In addition to the Tempe office, MMJCCC has 9 additional offices where patients can be seen for a comprehensive evaluation.

The Maricopa Co. office is nearby Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Fountain Hills, Sun Lakes, Paradise Valley, Guadalupe, and Queen Creek. With 10 facilities in Arizona, MMJCCC is able to provide their compassionate services to a wide range of patients throughout the state. MMJCCC was founded by Dr. Sam, who began his career in an internal medicine office treating patients with chronic pain conditions using conventional methods, such as opiates and other harmful pharmaceuticals. Trying to move away from these risky methods, Dr. Sam began offering medical marijuana services in addition to his regular practice. In an effort to provide patients with a more comprehensive experience, Dr. Sam opened a chain of clinic in association with local health professionals who are knowledgeable in medicinal cannabis and its applications. Dr. Sam and his team of skilled health professionals are eager to offer their compassionate care to qualified Arizona patients, especially those who have struggled to find a suitable method to alleviate their symptoms.
