Medical Marijuana Card Arizona (MMJCCC) can evaluate any qualified patients seeking Medical Marijuana. If the current standard treatment plan has been ineffective, or the patient would simply like to find a more natural alternative, medicinal cannabis can be considered as a viable option for treatment. The doctor conducting the evaluation will review the patient's condition and symptoms to determine that they will find true relief in the form of medicinal marijuana. Upon conclusion of the exam, the doctor will certify those patients who have been found to be eligible to participate in the AR medical marijuana program. MMJCCC has developed a simplified registration and certification process to ensure each patient receives their medical marijuana identification cards promptly and without difficulty. In addition to the Phoenix location, MMJCCC has 9 other facilities throughout Arizona where patients can receive the same level of compassionate care.

Serving Maricopa Co. residents and those near Mesa, Glendale, Guadalupe, Scottsdale, Peoria, Tempe, Sun City, Paradise Valley, Goodyear, Avondale, and Chandler. MMJCCC was founded by Dr. Sam, who noticed a need for medical marijuana after working in an Internal Medicine office. Seeing patients suffering from chronic pain and other debilitating ailments but not finding relief from conventional pharmaceuticals made Dr. Sam realize that offering a natural alternative could be the answer for many of these individuals. He began offering medical marijuana certifications to qualified patients, eventually partnering with more certifying physicians throughout the state who have the same commitment to providing compassionate, empathetic care. Dr. Sam and his associates will go and above and beyond to help patients improve not only their condition, but overall health and wellbeing.
