MMJCCC has multiple facilities throughout Arizona where eligible residents can be seen for personalized, comprehensive medical marijuana evaluations. Patients will be seen by a qualified physician who can adequately determine whether medicinal cannabis will be a viable method of treatment. The doctor will also take time to answer questions and address any concerns the patient may have in regards to using cannabis in a therapeutic manner. MMJCCC has developed a simplified process for patients to obtain a medical marijuana identification card without confusion or difficulty. Approved patients will be able to submit their applications to the Arizona Department of Health Services. Once a card is received, the patient can visit their local dispensary and legally obtain medicinal cannabis. MMJCCC accepts patients at their 9 additional office locations, allowing any qualified Arizona resident access to a knowledgeable certifying physician.

Located in Maricopa Co. near Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Phoenix, Sun Lakes, Paradise Valley, Guadalupe, and Fountain Hills. MMJCCC was established to help patients suffering from chronic, debilitating conditions find a natural way to alleviate their symptoms, without relying on traditional pharmaceutical methods. Dr. Sam founded this compassionate organization with the goal of helping patients throughout Arizona achieve their specific health goals using medicinal cannabis. He partnered with other skilled health professionals in the state who had the same goal of providing compassionate, comprehensive care, rather than just a simple certification. Patients visiting MMJCCC will find a welcoming environment where they can discreetly discuss their different treatment options with a qualified health provider.
