First-time patients must have a medical marijuana card and recommendation from a doctor. During their first visit, they go through a one-hour consultation to learn about their medical options. Due to the volume of customers Wellness Solutions serves, it’s recommended to schedule appointments for future trips.
If you can’t make it to the Wellness Solutions site due to a disability, the staff can come to you. The initial orientation can be done over the phone or with a doctor who visits your home. Wellness Solutions offers delivery for patients who need it, and you don’t have to pay a delivery fee if you buy more than $125 of medicine. Delivery will initially be available in the Frederick area and eventually expand to cover all of central Maryland.
The dispensary offers an inventory that addresses every issue medical marijuana patients can have. Wellness Solutions lists the following medications on their menu:
Menu prices change frequently, but you’re always welcome to call in advance to ask questions about the current products. Patients from vulnerable populations may qualify for sliding-scale payments. Contact Wellness Solutions for more information.
Wellness Solutions does not publicly share their address to preserve patient privacy. They state that they operate near the intersection of Buckeystown Pike and English Muffin Way. Once you schedule an appointment, the staff will let you know where to go.
Wellness Solutions aims to expand the options available to Maryland physicians by offering high-quality cannabis medicine. They serve patients in the Frederick area and elsewhere throughout the state of Maryland.
Their leadership consists of medical professionals from many disciplines. The Clinical Director of Wellness Solutions is not only a pharmacist and medical trainer, but also a member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians — and every staff member receives 30 hours of extensive training from him.
