If you’re already a cardholder and would like to change your provider to Greener Pastures, they’re happy to assist. Go online, fill out the Change Provider form and a staff member will call you to sign your paperwork. Greener Pastures will file this with the state on your behalf. All you have to do is wait for your new card to arrive in the mail.
