Posted by Jason Draizin on 06/22/2011 in Medical Marijuana Laws

Today is the final day of hearings in the case to repeal Senate Bill 423, which more or less puts an end to Montana’s medical marijuana laws. This case is spearheaded by the MTCIA (Montana Cannabis Industry Association), and is an attempt to stop the July 1st implementation date,  Kate Cholewa is Tweeting LIVE from the courtroom. Follow @Katecac on Twitter to get up to the minute updates.
